Proposed St. David’s Park Redevelopment

The City is proposing the redevelopment of St. David’s Field to a passive park.  The park is abounded by Ruth Avenue, First Street, Roosevelt Avenue and St. David’s Avenue including the playground south of St. David’s Avenue.  The subject property is City owned, and zoned Open Space (OS) under the City of Mount Pearl Development Regulations, 2010. 
 
A public consultation has been scheduled for residents to provide input into the future design of the park. The information gathered will be used to determine future uses and the physical concept plan for the park.
