RESCHEDULED

to Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 7:00PM, Mount Pearl City Hall

 

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to provide Council the authority to consider an application for future development of a proposed new 14-unit multi-family row dwelling residential development located at 7 Greenwood Crescent.

In order to accommodate the proposed development, mapping amendments are required to the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, which, if amended, would include the rezoning of the parcel from Community and Public Service (PB) to Residential – High Density (RHD) and the re-designation of the parcel from Institutional to Residential.

Prior to deciding on the proposed amendments, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Friday, March 22, 2019.  Should no comments be received, the briefing session will be cancelled.  Comments received form part of the public record.  If you do not wish your name attributed to your submission, please advise the City.
