a goal without a plan is just a wish.
So, when it came to imagining a better Mount Pearl, we created Building Tomorrow (2023–2027), a strategic plan filled with concrete actions to help us meet our goals in the years to come.
Mount Pearl continues to be one of the most welcoming and progressive cities in the province, and our future is brighter than ever. Our previous strategic plan, On the Horizon (2019–2023) saw us undergo a digital transformation, better our services, drive growth, and improve everyday life for our citizens. Our new plan, Building Tomorrow (2023–2027), is built on five forward-thinking goals to help shape the future of our city:
