MOUNT PEARL DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2010 AMENDMENT NO. 69, 2019
(PROPOSED 7 GREENWOOD CRESCENT REZONING AMENDMENT)

City Council adopted the Mount Pearl Municipal Plan 2010 Amendment No. 23, 2019 and the Mount Pearl Development Regulations 2010 Amendment No. 69, 2019 on July 23, 2019. The purpose of the amendment is to provide Council with the authority to consider an application for a proposed multi-unit row dwelling residential development located at 7 Greenwood Crescent.

In order to accommodate the proposed development, mapping amendments are required to the Mount Pearl Municipal Plan 2010 and Mount Pearl Development Regulations 2010, which, if amended, would include, for the parcel of land at 7 Greenwood Crescent, the re-designation from Institutional to Residential and the rezoning from Community and Public Service (PB) to Residential – High Density (RHD).

A Public Hearing to consider feedback on these amendments will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Park Place Community Centre, 61 Park Avenue. Anyone wishing to provide feedback at the Public Hearing shall submit two (2) copies of a signed written statement outlining the objection or representation no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Written responses will form part of the public record. If you do not wish your name attributed to your statement, please advise the City.

The adopted Mount Pearl Municipal Plan 2010 and Mount Pearl Development Regulations 2010 proposed amendments may be viewed during normal business hours at City Hall.
