Summer Outdoor Fitness Classes

 We are bringing our fitness classes outside this summer!

Classes will take place in beautiful St. David’s Park all summer long.

Pre-registration is required.

Wednesday, July 8th at 5pm – ONLINE ONLY

Maximum Per Class: 20

Inclement Weather: Should the weather not permit an outdoor session, the following will take place:

  • For yoga classes, a credit will be added/refunded at the end of August
  • For all other classes, a link will be sent out to partake in a virtual online class.

Please help us prevent the spread of the COVID-19:

  • Stay home if you are sick.
  • Maintain a safe physical distance from other when you are in the park.
  • Bring and use your own exercise mat, and no sharing of equipment.
  • Practice proper hand hygiene by washing your hands or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A yoga class with an emphasis on breath, movement, balance, strength, and flexibility. Suitable for beginners or those with prior yoga experience. (Judi Clooney)

Zumba Gold® Classes

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Cardio Kick

This fierce energetic program Mixing different styles of mixed martial arts, combat, boxing and kickboxing to bring you a different class each week.  Punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music.

Zumba Toning 

Suitable for all fitness levels, who want to focus on muscle conditioning and light weight activity. Zumba® Toning the Zumba® party you love at a slower pace with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles.

Blaster

Short and efficient – blasting through a workout with one sole focus. Upper, lower, total body, abs, glutes and cardio. For 40 minutes of work mixed with hi/lo cardio and light resistance. Burn off the calories and work up a sweat.

Zumba® Classes

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is designed for the exerciser who wants to burn fat and sculpt muscles all in one workout. 50 minutes of alternating aerobic intervals and athletic drills with strengthening exercises, gives you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow.
