TENTATIVE PUBLIC BRIEFING SESSION: 11 Glendale Avenue – Proposed Infill Development

The City is in receipt of an application by Habitat for Humanity to develop a Semi-Detached Dwelling at 11 Glendale Avenue. The subject property is currently vacant and Council may, at its discretion, approve a Residential Intensification Project which is designed to improve the affordability of housing, or to make more effective and efficient use of land.

A briefing session will be held on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 7:00 PM at City Hall to discuss this proposal. We invite you to submit your comments in writing by 12:00 noon on Friday, May 23, 2025. Comments will become part of the public record, and you may request anonymity in your submission. If no comments are received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
