PUBLIC BRIEFING SESSION CANCELLED: 5 Putney Place – Proposed Variance

CANCELLED BRIEFING SESSION – DUE TO LACK OF REPRESENTATION, BRIEFING SESSION IS CANCELLED

The City is in receipt of an application for 5 Putney Place to install a sunroom within the rear yard setback of a single detached dwelling in the Residential – Medium Density zone (RMD). The proposed sunroom measures 3.65m x 4.6m (12 ft. by 15 ft.) and would encroach 3.68 metres into the required 8 metre rear yard setback of the RMD zone.

A briefing session will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM at City Hall to discuss this proposal. We invite you to submit your comments in writing by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Comments will become part of the public record, and you may request anonymity in your submission. If no comments are received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
