Established in 1983, our festival has grown from humble beginnings to become a cornerstone of winter culture in our region. The Mount Pearl Frosty Festival offers dozens of indoor and outdoor events that engage our entire community through accessible, affordable experiences for people of all ages. We’re creating memories that last long after the snow thaws!

Volunteer 🧤
Lend a Hand – Mittens Required!
Since 1983, the Frosty Festival has brought winter magic to our community. Each year, we need dedicated volunteers to make this celebration possible! If you’d like to join our winter crew, complete our volunteer application. A Festival coordinator will contact you to arrange your training and schedule.
- Volunteers must be 16 years of age and provide an RNC Code of Conduct with Vulnerable Sector Check (volunteer letters can be provided).
- Application Deadline: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
- Volunteer Orientation/Training Dates (volunteers must attend one of the two dates provided):

We collaborate with local schools, seniors’ centers, and community groups on festival-related projects throughout the year. These initiatives range from art installations to educational programs about winter traditions. If your organization would like to partner with us, email info@frostyfestival.ca.

We are always welcoming artists, performers, and craftspeople to join us at Frosty Festival. If you are part of a group or an individual who is interested in making Frosty 2026 happen, let us know by emailing us at info@frostyfestival.ca.
Vendor Opportunities 🛍️
If you’re a vendor, such as a food truck, artisan, or business owner, looking to be part of Frosty Festival, we want to hear from you!
We’re actively seeking diverse vendors to enhance our winter celebration. Whether you offer food, crafts, or other products, there’s a place for you at our festival. To learn more about vendor opportunities, please email info@frostyfestival.ca with details about your business.
Fundraising 💰
We invite community groups, schools, and non-profit organizations to host fundraising activities during the Frosty Festival. This creates a mutually beneficial opportunity where you can raise funds while enhancing our festival experience.
