PUBLIC BRIEFING SESSION CANCELLED: 65 Michener Avenue – Family Child Care Use

CANCELLED BRIEFING SESSION – DUE TO LACK OF REPRESENTATION, BRIEFING SESSION IS CANCELLED

The City is in receipt of an application for 65 Michener Avenue (DA25-0748) to allow for a Family Child Care Use. The property is located in a Residential – Medium Density zone (RMD). The proposal is subject to Regulation 4.17, requiring public notice. The Family Child Care Use is subject to the requirements of Regulation 7.13. 

A briefing session will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 7:30 PM at City Hall to discuss this proposal. 

Prior to making their decision, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 NOON, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2025. Comments received will form part of the public record. Any identifying information, including names, will be removed prior to comments being publicly released. If no comments are received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
