City Days 2026

City Days returns July 17–19 with a full weekend of events across Mount Pearl. Enjoy live entertainment, recreation activities, and opportunities to connect with others. 

Events include free, ticketed, and registration options, from swimming and live music to outdoor movies. There are activities for all ages throughout the weekend. 

Friday, July 17, 2026

Seniors’ Afternoon Tea 

Date: Friday, July 17, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Reid Community Centre
Tickets Required: Tickets are required due to limited capacity and will be available at the Reid Centre starting Friday, July 3 at 9:00 am. Limit 4 tickets per person.  

Enjoy live music by Bud Davidge and Hamilton Sound, along with tea, coffee, and light snacks. 

Celebrate City Days Public Swim

Time: 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM
Location: Summit Centre 

Cool off and enjoy some classic summer fun at this free City Days Public Swim. This free swim is open to all ages. Enjoy time in the pool with family and friends. 

Note: Children 8 years and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult (17+). Ratio: 1 adult per 3 children. 

Community BBQ

Join us for a free community BBQ of hamburgers and hot dogs (while supplies last) at St. David’s Park. Enjoy food and connect with others before the outdoor movie.

Sunrise Yoga

Bring your own yoga mat and take part in a gentle outdoor session designed for all experience levels.

Pickleball Tournament

Date: Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19, 2026
Time: July 18 (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM); July 19 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) 
Location: Mount Pearl Intermediate & Mount Pearl Senior High School Gymnasiums
Cost: $20 per event per person (maximum of two events)

Join us for an exciting weekend of pickleball action in Mount Pearl! Hosted by Slice Pickleball, this tournament features women’s, men’s, and mixed doubles events, with divisions by age and skill level (Beginner and Intermediate).  

Be sure to register with your partner and sign up for the same division to secure your spot on the court. 

Princess & Superhero Breakfast
