Compost Bin Purchase Program
The City is offering a limited number of composters to residents at a reduced cost as part of its ongoing waste diversion and sustainability initiatives. This program is designed to support residents who are interested in reducing household waste and composting at home.
Composters are available while supplies last. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate availability.
Who Can Apply
This program is open to City residents only. Residency will be confirmed at the time of pickup.
Available Composters & Pricing
Residents may request one of the following composters:
- Type A – Tumbler‑Style Composter: $50
- Type B – Ground Composter: $40
Prices are included in the request form. Images shown are for reference only and may not reflect the exact make or model provided.
How the Process Works
- Residents submit the online request form
- City staff review submissions and confirm inventory availability
- Eligible applicants will receive an email with:
- Pickup date and time
- Payment instructions
- Pickup location at City Hall
- Composters are picked up in person, and residency will be verified at that time
