PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL INTENSIFICATION PROJECT DA24-0159 – 43 GREENWOOD CRESCENT

BRIEFING SESSION – WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 2024, at 7:00 PM CITY HALL – 3 CENTENNIAL STREET

The city is in receipt of an application by Nickle Properties Inc. to develop twenty- four (24) row dwellings at 43 Greenwood Crescent. The subject property is located in the Residential – Medium Density (RMD) Use Zone and a Residential Intensification Project may be considered for approval by Council after adequate notification has been made in accordance with Regulation 4.17, requiring public notice.

Prior to making their decision, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Friday, May 17, 2023. Comments received form part of the public record. If you do not wish your name attributed to your submission, please advise the city.

Should no comments be received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
