PROPOSED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DA20-0875 – 10 AVERY PLACE

BRIEFING SESSION – WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2023, at 7:00PM

The city is in receipt of an application by RJC Services to develop a three (3) building Planned Unit Development at 10 Avery Place consisting of up to fifteen (15) residential units, including two (2) multi-unit residential row-dwelling buildings, and a third building with a multi-purpose room on the main level and two (2) residential apartment units above. The subject property is located in the Apartment (APT) Use Zone and a Planned Unit Development may be considered for approval by Council after adequate notification has been made in accordance with Regulation 4.17, requiring public notice.

Prior to making their decision, Council invites comments in writing no later than 12:00 noon, Friday, December 30, 2022. Comments received form part of the public record. If you do not wish your name attributed to your submission, please advise the city.

Should no comments be received, the briefing session will be cancelled.
