Road Entrance Closure and Traffic Light Issues – Farrell Drive/Topsail Road

Due to unforeseen circumstances, an infrastructure upgrade is required at the intersection of Farrell Drive and Topsail Road. Therefore:

• The Farrell Drive/Topsail Road traffic lights are not operating at this time.
• There will be no access to/from Farrell Drive onto Topsail Road until further notice. Traffic will be redirected through Mount Carson Avenue during this time.
