Temporary Water/Power Shut-Off – Giles Place

The city will be conducting emergency water line repairs on Tuesday, July 20th. To accommodate this work, water service may be temporarily shut off from approximately 9am to 3pm at the above-noted properties.

When the water service is restored, you may notice discolored water or air in the water line system.  If this is observed, it can be alleviated by opening a cold-water tap and letting the water run in a fixture that does not have an aerator, such as a laundry tub or a bathtub.  If problems persist, please contact Department of Infrastructure and Public Works at 748-1016.

It is recommended that you refrain from doing laundry on this day to lessen the possibility of clothes being soiled or stained by discolored water.

The city apologizes for any inconvenience caused from this work.
