Out of the Box Program

Transform a traffic box into a work of art!  Artists and art classes are encouraged to submit sketches of the art they wish to display to the City of Mount Pearl and a judging panel will choose acceptable art and match the artist with a traffic box and location.  Material costs and honorarium will be provided by the city. This program is in partnership with the Association for the Arts in Mount Pearl. Please submit your artwork to jjones@mountpearl.ca
