We offer swimming lessons for all ages and swimming ability levels. Our lessons follow the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life™ program to develop swimming skills.

Swimming Lessons – Fall 2026

Upcoming registration dates for Fall 2026 Swimming Lessons:

  • Mount Pearl Residents Registration – Monday, August 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM
  • Open Registration – Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Program Dates

  • Six-week classes run from September 9 to October 21, 2026 (No swim on September 30, 2026)
  • Seven-week classes run from September 8 to October 26, 2026

Cancellation Policy – Classes may be cancelled or combined depending on registration and are subject to time change when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel a class if not enough participants have registered. Credits or refunds will only be issued if the class is cancelled by the Department of Recreation and Community Safety or if a participant is medically required to withdraw from a program with at least half of the classes remaining for the session and a doctor’s note is provided at the time.
