Family Health and Fitness Day Activities

In celebration of Family Health and Fitness Day, we will be offering two FREE events at the Reid Community Centre on Saturday, June 11th!
- Family fun activities (10am to 12pm): Come jump on the bouncy castle or play games like ladderball, cornhole, washer toss, bowling, basketball, and volleyball!
- Pound cardio class (1pm to 2pm): Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and yoga-based poses. Bring your own mat! Ages 17+ only.
